About Us

What Makes Us Different

Appointment Times

Here at Peak Performance, Dr. Smith and Dr. Zumberger like to spend more time one on one with their patients. You will never feel like you are in an assembly line of patients. We want to give you the best care possible and truly listen and treat your body as a whole.

The initial visit at Peak Performance is about 1 hour long and includes a movement analysis along with other tests in order to find the root cause of your symptoms. The first visit also usually includes treatment which will consist of chiropractic adjustments as well as any soft tissue mobilization techniques, and rehabilitation exercises/stretches the doctors see necessary.

Subsequent visits are scheduled for 30 minutes and consists of chiropractic adjustments and other therapies as needed.

Because we provide longer treatment times and perform additional therapies we are able to get you better results in a shorter amount of time instead of only performing treatments your insurance deems necessary.

Our Unique Exam Process

During our initial examination we include what we call a movement analysis among other tests. This movement analysis allows us to take a look at how the body is moving as a whole. This allows us to pick up on compensations before they begin to cause you pain and allows us to find the root cause of the condition and symptoms. Most of the time, the area that needs addressed may not just be the area that is hurting the patient at that time. By looking at how the body functions together as one unit, we are able to fix the problem that is causing your pain and prevent future occurrences of the same complaints and prevent new complaints. We like to focus on improving function so that you can get back to the active lifestyle you want.

We offer unique services along with Chiropractic

Along with Chiropractic adjustments Dr. Smith and Dr. Zumberger are well versed in many soft tissue mobilization techniques including Graston technique, and Active Release Technique (ART) which they include with almost every visit. They are also well versed in rehabilitative exercises and stretches. Some of the additional therapies we do include:  Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Cupping with minimal additional fees.

No Surprise Bills

We are Out of Network Providers and collect fees for services at the time of service. You will always know what you are paying for beforehand and will never be surprised with any additional bills.

Our goal is to get you back to the active lifestyle you want in the quickest and most cost-effective way.
